Returns & Refund Policy

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, for any reason, without needing to give an explanation.

To return an item:

• Contact us at info@thehealthstoreturkey.com or WhatsApp +44 7733 596821 within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
• You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the conditions above, we will process your refund within 14 working days
• Refunds are returned to your original payment method
• Original delivery charges are refunded if you are returning all items from an order

Faulty or incorrect items:

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage costs.

Items that cannot be returned:

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of food supplements, protein powders, or meal products that have been opened or had their seal broken. This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is faulty.
