Mini Arm Lift with Liposuction in Turkey
A less invasive option for upper arm contouring, mini arm lift with liposuction from £2,835.
If you have a moderate amount of excess skin and fat on your upper arms, concentrated near the armpit rather than extending down to the elbow, a mini arm lift may be the right choice. It achieves a significant improvement with a much shorter scar than a full brachioplasty.
The mini arm lift combines a limited skin excision (hidden in or near the armpit crease) with liposuction of the upper arm to create a smoother, more toned contour. It is ideal for patients whose arm concerns are mild to moderate and who want to minimise visible scarring.
Your all-inclusive package from £1,695 covers the procedure with liposuction at a government-licensed hospital, 2 nights in hospital, 3 nights in a 5-star hotel, VIP airport transfers, a personal translator, and 12 months of aftercare.
What Is Mini Arm Lift (with lipo)?
A mini arm lift is a less extensive version of a full brachioplasty. Instead of an incision running from the armpit to the elbow, the mini arm lift uses a shorter incision, typically contained within the armpit crease or extending just a short distance along the inner arm.
The included liposuction removes excess fat from the upper arm, while the small excision removes a modest amount of excess skin. The combination of fat removal and skin tightening creates a noticeably slimmer, more defined arm contour.
Best suited for:
- Mild to moderate excess skin concentrated near the armpit
- Good skin elasticity that allows the skin to retract after liposuction
- Patients who prioritise minimal scarring over maximum skin removal
Not ideal for:
- Significant excess skin extending down the arm (a full brachioplasty is better)
- Very poor skin elasticity (the skin may not retract adequately after liposuction)
Your surgeon will assess which approach, mini or full arm lift, will give you the best result during your consultation.
Am I Suitable?
You may be a good candidate for a mini arm lift if you:
- Have a mild to moderate amount of excess arm skin and fat
- Have excess concentrated in the upper arm near the armpit
- Have reasonable skin elasticity
- Want a shorter scar than a full brachioplasty
- Are at a stable weight and in good general health
If you have significant excess skin that hangs down your arm, a full brachioplasty will give a better result. Your surgeon will recommend the most appropriate option during your consultation.
What Happens During the Procedure?
Before your trip: Video consultation to assess your arm skin and fat and determine if a mini lift is sufficient.
Day 1, Arrival: VIP airport transfer to your 5-star hotel.
Day 2, Procedure day: Markings and photos. The combined mini lift and liposuction takes approximately 1.5-2 hours under general anaesthesia (both arms).
Days 3-4, Hospital stay: Recovery with compression sleeves. Light dressings.
Day 5, Hotel recovery: Patient coordinator check-in. Light walking and arm mobility.
Day 6, Departure: Final check-up and VIP airport transfer.
Months 1-12: Aftercare check-ins.
Recovery & Aftercare
The mini arm lift has a quicker recovery than a full brachioplasty.
Days 1-5: Moderate swelling and bruising. Prescribed pain medication. Compression sleeves worn. Avoid heavy lifting.
Weeks 1-2: Swelling reduces. Light daily activities and desk work possible. Arms regain mobility.
Weeks 2-3: Most patients feel close to normal. Compression sleeves phased out. Gentle exercise can resume.
Weeks 4-6: Full exercise resumes. Scars in the armpit area begin to fade.
Months 2-6: Final contour established. Liposuction results continue to refine as skin retracts. Scar is hidden within the armpit crease.
Risks & Considerations
Risks include infection, bruising, asymmetry, contour irregularities from liposuction, numbness, and scarring. The scar is shorter and more discreet than a full brachioplasty.
There is a risk of under-correction, if the amount of excess skin is more than expected, a mini lift may not fully address the concern. Your surgeon will give honest advice about whether a mini or full lift is more appropriate for your anatomy.
All procedures are performed in government-licensed hospitals with 12 months of aftercare.

Frequently Asked Questions
A mini arm lift uses a shorter incision (hidden in the armpit) and is combined with liposuction. It is best for mild to moderate excess. A full arm lift has a longer incision along the inner arm and can remove more skin. It is best for significant excess skin, especially after major weight loss.
The scar from a mini arm lift is hidden within or very near the armpit crease. It is generally not visible when your arms are at your sides, raised, or in most normal positions. This is one of the main advantages over a full brachioplasty.
If you have good skin elasticity and your concern is primarily arm fat (rather than loose skin), liposuction alone may be sufficient. If you have loose skin that hangs, the addition of a mini lift excision will give a much better result.
Light exercise can resume from around week 3. Upper arm exercises (pushing, pulling, lifting) should wait until 4-6 weeks. Full gym activity can typically resume from week 6.
Yes. A mini arm lift is commonly combined with liposuction of other areas, thigh lifts, or body contouring procedures. Discuss combination options with your patient coordinator.
