Brazilian Butt Lift with Implants in Turkey
Significant buttock enhancement with silicone implants, from £3,780 with 5-star hotel and 12 months aftercare.
A Brazilian Butt Lift with implants uses specially designed silicone buttock implants to create a fuller, more projected buttock shape. This approach is ideal if you want a significant increase in volume or if you do not have enough body fat for a fat transfer BBL.
Buttock implants provide a more predictable, consistent volume increase than fat transfer, and the results are not dependent on how much donor fat you have available. The implants are designed specifically for the buttocks, they are soft, flexible, and durable.
Your all-inclusive package from £3,780 covers the procedure at a government-licensed hospital, 2 nights in hospital, 5 nights in a 5-star hotel, VIP airport transfers, a personal translator, and 12 months of aftercare. In the UK, buttock implant surgery typically costs £8,000-£12,000.
What Is Brazilian Butt Lift with Implant?
A BBL with implants involves the surgical placement of silicone buttock implants to enhance the size, shape, and projection of the buttocks. The implants are made of soft, solid silicone (not gel-filled like breast implants) and are designed to withstand the pressures of sitting and movement.
Your surgeon makes a single incision in the natural crease between the buttocks (the intergluteal fold), so the scar is hidden. Through this incision, a pocket is created within or above the gluteal muscle, and the implant is positioned to create a natural-looking enhancement.
The size and shape of the implant are chosen during your consultation based on your anatomy and desired outcome. Implants come in round and oval shapes, with varying projections and volumes.
This procedure can also be combined with fat transfer to the surrounding areas (hips, outer buttocks) for a more comprehensive result, this is sometimes called a composite BBL.
Am I Suitable?
You may be a good candidate for buttock implants if you:
- Want a significant increase in buttock volume and projection
- Have limited body fat, making a fat transfer BBL impractical
- Want a more predictable volume increase than fat transfer can provide
- Are at a stable weight and in good general health
- Do not smoke, or can stop 4-6 weeks before the procedure
- Are comfortable with the idea of silicone implants in this area
If you have adequate donor fat and prefer a natural tissue enhancement, a fat transfer BBL may be more appropriate.
What Happens During the Procedure?
Before your trip: Video consultation to discuss your goals, assess your anatomy, and choose the right implant size and shape.
Day 1, Arrival: VIP airport transfer to your 5-star hotel.
Day 2, Procedure day: Final assessment and markings. The procedure takes approximately 2-3 hours under general anaesthesia. Implants are placed through a single incision in the intergluteal crease.
Days 3-4, Hospital stay: Private room with nursing care. Avoid sitting directly on the implants. A special cushion is provided. Compression garment may be used.
Days 5-7, Hotel recovery: Daily patient coordinator visits. Gradual mobilisation. Sleep on your stomach or side.
Day 8, Departure: Final check-up and VIP airport transfer.
Months 1-12: Regular aftercare monitoring.
Recovery & Aftercare
Recovery from buttock implant surgery requires care with sitting and sleeping positions.
Weeks 1-2: Moderate to significant discomfort, particularly when moving from sitting to standing. Prescribed pain medication. Avoid sitting directly on the implants, use a special cushion when necessary. Sleep on your stomach or side.
Weeks 2-4: Discomfort gradually reduces. Light activities possible. Continue modifying how you sit. Gentle walking encouraged.
Weeks 4-6: Sitting becomes more comfortable. Light exercise can resume (avoid squats and direct buttock exercises).
Months 2-3: Implants settle into position. Swelling resolves. Most normal activities resume, including normal sitting.
Months 3-6: Full exercise can resume. Final results are visible. The scar in the intergluteal crease fades and becomes very discreet.
Risks & Considerations
Buttock implant surgery carries specific risks including infection, bleeding, implant displacement, seroma, nerve damage, capsular contracture, and wound healing issues at the incision site (which bears significant pressure from sitting).
Because the incision is in the intergluteal crease, an area exposed to moisture and friction, infection prevention is particularly important. Your surgical team will provide detailed hygiene instructions and prophylactic antibiotics.
All procedures are performed in government-licensed, JCI-accredited hospitals with 12 months of aftercare.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. Buttock implants are made of solid, semi-soft silicone and are specifically designed for the buttock area. They are durable, cannot rupture or leak (unlike gel-filled breast implants), and have a long track record of safe use. Your procedure is performed in a government-licensed, JCI-accredited hospital.
When placed correctly within or above the gluteal muscle, buttock implants are well-concealed by the overlying tissue. They may feel slightly firmer than natural fat, but most patients find them comfortable and natural-feeling once fully healed.
Solid silicone buttock implants are very durable and designed to last many years. Unlike breast implants, they do not have a gel filling that can leak. Many patients never need replacement. However, as with any implant, monitoring and occasional assessment are recommended.
You will need to modify how you sit for the first 4-6 weeks using a special cushion. After this period, most patients can sit normally and comfortably. The implant position is designed to accommodate normal sitting without discomfort.
Yes. A composite BBL combines implants (for volume and projection) with fat transfer (for natural contouring of the hips and outer buttocks). This can create a more comprehensive, natural-looking result. Discuss this option with your patient coordinator.
